Didn’t think ANYONE (in UK) did cheaper glasses than Specsavers.. Definitely not as good service. The only thing I have problems with at Specsavers is they don’t make/stock Protein Removal Tablets for Gas Permeable contact lens……have to go to D&A for them.

@Graeme Hilton: If you prefer to use average PD measurements, which according to GlassesDirect “can cause discomfort or strain”, go ahead.. Hm, the maximum prescription they deal with is +/- 8 sphere, and only +/- 4 cyl? That’s not very high. Their varifocals clock in at £95, our cheapest standard range is £59. Doesn’t look like they even do reaction lenses either.. I’ve heard back from people who have shopped online and they’ve not been at all happy with the service they received.

Cool, but been available on Glasses Direct for at least 18months. And they’re cheaper than Specsavers!
