Heh, only 52? Akismet has protected your site from 129,253 spam comments. Admittedly, I've had Akismet on my site for a couple of years now. Does a bloody good job. Lets a few through now and then, but compared to the kinds of spam I got before, it's helped amazingly. I've also integrated Akismet (via its handy PHP library) into the "contact me" forms on my web site, as they were receiving lots of spam.
