You forgot the most important extensions - the ones which ensure security.

To name a few:
*CS Lite <-- Quick management for cookie permissions (think of white lists)
*NoScript <-- Definitely very important. Disable scripts unless you know you can trust them (use a white list and add sites to it temporarily).
*RefControl <-- For good measure, stop sites knowing where you've come from.

Then there's some other, non-security goodies:
*Tiny Menu <-- Minimise that annoying menu toolbar :)
*ScrapBook <-- Keep a record of things you find on the net.
*Greasemonkey <-- Remove annoyances, add features, generally play god with websites.
*All-in-One Sidebar <-- More important in old versions of Firefox (e.g. 2) but this still has some value.
